The Tangaza Scholars Program – Spreading the Light of Education
In Swahili, Tangaza means “to spread the light.” Through the Tangaza Scholars Program, we are committed to shining that light into the lives of children in Kenya by ensuring access to education.
School fees range from just $15–$25 per year, but many families cannot afford even this small amount. With a gift of $100, you can guarantee a child’s education for four full years. This not only covers tuition but also allows us to track each student’s progress and provide donors with a personalized letter of thanks from the student whose life they’ve touched.
If additional funds remain after tuition is secured, they will be used to purchase essential school supplies or to supplement another student’s tuition where costs may be higher.
